 Through a longer school day, week and year, students will spend approximately 1830 hours in school each year, nearly twice as much as is required of charter schools by state law.  More time in school means more time for students to develop the academic skills, intellectual habits and character traits necessary to maximize their potential in high school, college and the world beyond. For the majority of the day, students will be engaged in the standard curriculum areas of language arts, mathematics, science and history.  Students will attend school Monday through Thursday from 7:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:25 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
