Data Driven: The candidate is fluent with assessment data and how to incorporate data into instruction to create a results driven environment. The candidate has the ability to create an articulated, state standards-aligned curriculum.

An Effective Communicator: The candidate is capable of communicating with various constituents and exhibits strong interpersonal skills. The candidate understands the importance of maintaining ongoing communication with families regarding student performance and behavior, soliciting familial involvement continuously.
Organized: The candidate is able to manage a flexible allocation of time to drive student performance and embraces the freedom to shoulder responsibility for student performance.

Education and Experience
• Bachelors degree required
• 2+ years of classroom experience in an underserved area preferred
• Valid Teaching Certification

- 5th and 6th Grade Non-Fiction Studies
- 5th and 6th Grade Science
- 5th and 6th Grade Math
- Special Education
- Art and/or Music
